The role of a Digital Leader is that of an entrepreneur/ self-employed person. There are a lot of benefits in doing it full time because the more time you give, the more income and benefits you generate. The role is also flexible so that you can achieve work-life balance, and growth according to your contexts.
Income of a Digital Leader can vary from Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 50,000 per month, depending on how many people you can serve.
You can work from wherever you are. You will have to be make onsite and official visits, and that might require a commute sometimes.
Your work area will be within your locality, ranging between 3-10 kms around where you live.
You will have to go through a training of 11-21 days, depending on your past experience and skills. The training will be free of cost. In fact, you will be paid a healthy stipend during the ‘on-the-job’ training program.
Yes. You can do have other sources of livelihood. However, it would not be advisable to have other jobs which take up significant part of your time. In that case you might find it difficult to balance both, and you could end up stressed. Please feel free to speak with our counsellors on how you can balance other jobs along with that of a Digital Leader.
You need to have a smartphone. Having easy access to transport is also important. If you do not have a personal vehicle, we can help with public or assisted transportation.
